Car Show

Last Sunday, I participated in the 26th Annual Exotic Sports Car Show and Concours d’Elegance that is fund raiser for the United Cerebral Palsy of Colorado. The event benefits the Creative Options Centers for Early Education. These early education centers provide educational opportunities for 742 children birth to five years old living in poverty or at risk for social-emotional issues and developmental disabilities. So, it is a worthwhile community event.

It is held on the Arapahoe Community College front lawn which is an excellent venue for 400+ cool cars. My grandson, made his third straight annual appearance…even though he was a little sleepy. Kent, Amy and Katy also came by to lend their support.

My car is the red 1997 Acura NSX…and the people in the funny white coats are judges. It was almost as clean as one of Susan’s cars. (Seriously, she keeps the cleanest car on the planet.)

There were some serious Ferraris and Lamborghinis along with 9 other NSXs.

It’s a fun spring Colorado tradition.
